At VitalStand, we believe getting your workspace upgrade to your door should be as effortless as using it. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer the following shipping options for all orders shipped within the United States:

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required and no promo code needed. It is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery time estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. VitalStand is not responsible for carrier delays caused by high shipping volume, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
VitalStand ships to 27+ countries and regions worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and chosen carrier service.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout. VitalStand has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Please note: customs processing may add additional time to your estimated delivery window. VitalStand is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number. Use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@vitalstand.store.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@vitalstand.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
VitalStand is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your building's mail area before reaching out.
